PuyoJS 2.0(ish)?

I've been working on this update for way longer than I should admit. Mostly got pushed aside due to other projects and school work, but I managed to finally get it out. In this update is the same gameplay as before, with some small tweaks that should help performance (though I made these changes many months ago and didn't document them, so...). Apart from that, there are actually visuals now! The spritesheet used for it is very small (322 KB), so it shouldn't pose any issue with the game. There's also an optional background image.

That's it in terms of changes you can actually see. There was originally supposed to be a next puyo preview and score system, but I didn't have them implemented in time and decided I was nearing the time where it would be too long since I last touched the project to justify or want to add more stuff. Those two things in particular might be added in the future. No promises.
